Totteridge

This was a spectacular south facing sloping site in Totteridge North London, full of mature and unique specimen trees to be protected and retained, as well areas of coniferous shrubs of low ecological or aesthetic value to be removed. A new pavilion style house by Gregory Phillips Architects replaced a 1970’s bungalow. My roll was taking the project through from landscape concept design up through gaining planning consent. We then had a handover stage to local experts, Bluestone Landscapes who worked closely with the client incorporating much of the clients existing plant collection into the new landscape.
